Storage

We use minimal preservatives, so most products have a shelf-life of 5 days. We recommend freezing the items on receipt, unless they'll be used within a couple of days of delivery. All products have Best Before dates & storage instructions on the labels.

    • Erythritol is a sugar alcohol that provides bulk and sweetness without contributing calories or net carbs, as it is not metabolised by the body.

    • Stevia extract contributes negligible nutritional value due to the tiny amount used (0.6g per 100g blend).

The Best Sugar Alternative

This sugar really is the best , you cannot tell the difference, I have tried all of the others and they have this awful cooling effect , which I really don’t like. This sugar is quite sweet, so for me I always use a bit less than what the Panda recipe recommends, which is a good thing for me . Speedy delivery too. Thank you Panda Pantry .
