It’s a blend of super-fine bamboo fibre, psyllium husk powder, and organic coconut flour — that’s it. No starches, no fillers, no gums.

Is it suitable for coeliacs?

Yes. Panda Flour is naturally gluten-free and suitable for coeliacs.

Can I use it in my favourite recipes?

You’ll find best results using our tested recipes — but you can absolutely adapt your favourites once you understand how Panda Flour works. As a guide, use 30g of Panda Flour to replace every 100g of standard flour.

How is it different from almond flour?

It’s lighter, lower in calories, higher in fibre, and free from nuts. It gives more “real bread” and “real cake” texture — not heavy or oily.
Does it taste of coconut?
