How It All Started

Panda Flour began with a simple challenge—to create a wrap that wasn’t eggy, seed-based, or full of processed ingredients. What started as an experiment soon became much more.

Through months of development (and plenty of trial and error!), we discovered something remarkable: a unique blend of bamboo fibre, coconut flour, and psyllium husk that could do what no other gluten-free or keto flour had done before. It could make soft, flexible wraps, airy breads, crisp pastry, and delicate cakes—all without compromise.

Now, Panda Flour 2.0 has refined that formula even further, making it easier than ever to create the foods you love without the ingredients you don’t.
