Refund policy
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after ordering your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must have proof of purchase. We may ask for photo evidence if the refund is requested due to a faulty product.
We are not liable for orders arriving late due to no one being available or no safe place designated. Please see our Shipping Policy here for more information on ensuring a safe & timely delivery.
Please ensure storage instructions (found on product labels) have been followed correctly. We may not be able to offer a refund if the product has expired due to improper storage.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the address provided at checkout is correct. If a mistake is noticed after placing the order, please contact us at team@ketoromabakery.com as soon as possible to enable us to edit the address. Please note that we cannot refund / resend orders that have been deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address.
Exceptions / non-refundable items

Once we have received your return, we can move forward with the refunding process, or alternatively organise a replacement parcel to be sent.
