Shipping Policy

We aim to get your Panda Pantry order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

UK Delivery

We currently use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for our standard UK deliveries.

Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days, not including the day your order is placed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.

Delivery Charges

FREE UK delivery on orders of £9.99 or more.

For orders below £9.99, a £4.31 delivery charge will be added at checkout.

Tracking & Delivery Instructions

Every order is sent using a tracked delivery service.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, please use the tracking link provided by Royal Mail to follow your delivery and add any safe-place or delivery instructions.

We recommend adding your mobile number to your contact details when placing your order so Royal Mail can provide delivery updates where available.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Once your parcel has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address or delivery instructions on your behalf.

Safe Place & Missed Deliveries

If you are unlikely to be home when your parcel arrives, please use your Royal Mail tracking link to nominate a safe place or manage your delivery.

Panda Pantry cannot be responsible for delays caused by an unsuccessful delivery attempt, an incorrect delivery address supplied with the order, or where suitable delivery instructions have not been provided.

International Delivery

For international delivery enquiries, please contact us at hello@pandapantry.co.uk before placing your order and we will provide a delivery quote where possible.

Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs charges, duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
