Ingredients:
Erythritol, Panda Flour® (Bamboo Fibre, Coconut Flour & Psyllium Husks), Gluten-Free Baking Powder, Stevia Extract.

How to use Panda Cake Flour Mix.

Combine 50g Cake Mix with :

1 Egg

35g Coconut Milk or Soured Cream

20g Olive Oil or Melted Mutter

➕ Plus your flavour of choice — lemon zest, cocoa, spices, berries, etc!

A 2 egg cake batter will make 4 portions and can be divided into muffin cases or a small cake tin.

Bake at 180 for 25 - 35 minutes.

For larger cakes increase the baking time by up to 10 minutes per additional egg.

Storage:
Store the dry mix in a cool, dry place.
Baked cakes can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days, or frozen (wrap portions to defrost as needed).
