How to use – Porridge:
Use 20g mix per portion.
Instructions to make 1 Portion :
Use 150ml liquid per 20g porridge mix. We use a combination of 120ml water + 30g double cream, but you could use any milk of choice. Heat the liquid in a small pan and add the porridge mix. Stir and bring to a low simmer for 2 - 3 minutes.
Sweeten or flavour to taste if desired.

Panda Flour® (Bamboo Fibre, Coconut Flour, Psyllium Husks),
Erythritol, Desiccated Coconut, Hemp Hearts, Inulin, Stevia Extract.

Storage:
Store the dry mix in a cool, dry place.
Prepared porridge should be eaten fresh.
Flapjacks can be stored in the fridge or frozen once baked.

Was a little bit skeptical at first but I followed the recipe and made the inulin syrup for chewy flapjacks. Results were really tasty and actually chewy like traditional flapjacks! This will now be a regular recipe for me 😀
