We use minimal preservatives, so most products have a shelf-life of 5 days. We recommend freezing the items on receipt, unless they'll be used within a couple of days of delivery. All products have Best Before dates & storage instructions on the labels.

This lightly sweetened, plain cake mix is the foundation behind all of our Panda cake recipes — and now you can flavour it your way.
Use it to create lemon, chocolate, coffee, carrot, or anything you can dream up.
Perfectly balanced for low-carb, keto, gluten-free and diabetic-friendly bakes, this mix takes out the guesswork so you can focus on the fun part: baking.

✔️ Only 3.5g carbs per portion (based on base recipe)
✔️ Clean ingredients — no starches, gums or gluten
Ingredients : Erythritol, Panda Flour (Bamboo Fibre, Coconut Flour & Psyllium Husks), Gluten Free Baking Powder and Stevia Extract.
To use:
Mix 45g Cake Mix with:
🥚 1 egg
🥥 35g coconut milk or soured cream
🧈 20g olive oil or melted butter
➕ Plus your flavour of choice — lemon zest, cocoa, spices, berries, etc!
Bake in a 6–7 inch tin, or use the mix for muffins and traybakes.
Store the dry mix in a cool, dry place. Once cooked, the bread can be frozen - we recommend freezing slices between sheets of greaseproof paper to easily remove one at a time. Otherwise, store the bread in the fridge and use within 4 days.
