Instructions
o make 1 loaf:
- Combine 200g plain yogurt / soured cream, 200ml water, 1 medium egg, and 5ml apple cider vinegar.
- Now add half of this packet - for best results, use a stand mixer and mix for 5-7 minutes.
- Shape the dough and place in a 2lb bread tin lined with greaseproof baking paper.
- Cover the tin with cling film or place in a food bag to allow the loaf to prove for 60-90 minutes somewhere warm.
- Uncover the loaf and place it in a preheated oven (160°C) for 70 minutes.
- Allow to fully cool before slicing.
To make rolls:
- Once the dough is formed, break it up into around 90g chunks and use wet hands to create the roll shape.
- Place on an oven tray lined with greaseproof baking paper with at least an inch of space between each roll to allow heat to circulate.
- Bake for 50 minutes at 170°C.
Both loaves & rolls will grow to their full size within 20-25 minutes. but don't open the oven until the time is up - otherwise they'll shrink and will be doughy inside! Ensure the oven is left closed throughout the baking time.

I have made both bread rolls and loaves with this mix and both turned out amazing. They perhaps don't rise as well as the ready made ones I used to buy, but honestly I find the loaves better, and I can make smaller rolls if I want too. Really easy to make, mine 10 mins more needed ln my oven. I'm ordering my next 4 packs today.
