We have ample free parking and easily found from the M1 / A14 and just a few miles away from Wellingborough train station.
Our workshops are designed to give you hands on experience creating breads & cakes, pastry & pasta, snacks and sides to compliment your lifestyle.
Our Day 1 workshops are an introduction to Panda Flour where we focus on the daily 'go to' items such as Soft Flatbreads, Loaves and Rolls, Sausage Rolls and Pork Pies, Cakes and Granola Bars.

We use minimal preservatives, so most products have a shelf-life of 5 days. We recommend freezing the items on receipt, unless they'll be used within a couple of days of delivery. All products have Best Before dates & storage instructions on the labels.

Just wanted to say a MASSIVE Thank You Mark for the One to One day experience. You've given me the confidence to try so many more recipes, and techniques, and I now understand so much more about the impact a small change in ingredient types and quantities can have on the result. What I loved is you asked before the day if there was anything in particular I wanted to focus on, and when I arrived for the day you had a box of goodies and a plan of attack to answer what I was looking for. We went off on so many interesting tangents too, and really loved that as we explored ideas.
If anyone wants to get more confidence cooking Keto, and more confidence with Panda flour, then book a one to one with Mark, you will get great value out of the day, and go home with a HUGE box full of food for your freezer!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I wasn't sure what to expect, it exceeded all my expectations. I truly learnt so much, big things and little things, that bamboo steamer is not going to the charity shop now. My pork with cranberries pie was amazing and is on my Christmas Day menu. I will be back for the follow up event.
I'm so glad I came to the day. I'd had inconsistent results, and now I understand why. You've given me the confidence to bake more of my own bread already and make wraps and pork pies, sausage rolls and more, and get a consistent result. THANK YOU. I'd highly recommend this day to anyone in a similar position to me, who wanted to get better, consistent results.
After watching a few weeks of Mark's live videos using panda flour on YouTube, I jumped at the chance to join a live workshop session and getting one to one tuition. The setting, agenda, and the company was great and conducive to learning. We made and baked a variety of products from flatbreads, cakes and pastry. (se my sun dried tomato loaf below). One area I know that I gained a huge amount of confidence in, was the rolling out of the flour, which is at the heart of nearly every item we cooked. Now that I have got the basics under my belt I am looking forward to putting this knowledge into the creation of complete meals. I would heartily recommend these workshop sessions to anyone who wants to extend their knowledge of using Panda flour.
I had such a lovely time learning how to cook with the Panda flour- It is a lovely environment and Mark is lovely. i learnt so many useful techniques and i am so excited to try making good myself and use what i have learnt.
