Storage

We use minimal preservatives, so most products have a shelf-life of 5 days. We recommend freezing the items on receipt, unless they'll be used within a couple of days of delivery. All products have Best Before dates & storage instructions on the labels.

Instructions

  • Whisk together 6 eggs, 180g soured cream (or coconut milk for dairy free), 100g olive oil and 10g vanilla extract.
  • Add the full pack of Panda Flour® Pumpkin Spice Cake Mix an combine using a spatula to create a thick batter.
  • The consistency will differ depending on whether you have used Coconut Milk or Soured Cream. Coconut milk may not be as thick but this is fine.
  • Portion the batter into 12 muffin cases and bake in a pre-heated oven for 26 minutes at 180°C.

Sweetener Blend (Erythritol, Stevia Extract), Panda Flour® (Bamboo Fibre Coconut Flour, Psyllium Husks), Baking Powder (sodium dihydrogen diphosphate, sodium biocarbonate, calcium sulphate), Dried Pumpkin, Spice Blend (Ground Cinnamon (Cassia) (40%), Ground Coriander (38%), Caraway Seed, Ground Nutmeg (4%), Ground Ginger, Cloves).

Definitely one of the best mug cakes, I bought 2 bags after seeing the previous live & will get around to making the muffins at some point, but the 1st bag is definitely going down the mug cake route, so quick & simple & more importantly delicious.
