We use minimal preservatives, so most products have a shelf-life of 5 days. We recommend freezing the items on receipt, unless they'll be used within a couple of days of delivery. All products have Best Before dates & storage instructions on the labels.

How to use (per wrap):
1️⃣ Mix 20g Garlic & Herb Wrap Mix with 70g cold water to form a soft dough.
2️⃣ Rest dough for 5 mins.
3️⃣ Roll or press between 2 sheets of parchment.
4️⃣ Pan fry (dry pan) for 1–2 mins per side — or oven bake (190°C, 6–8 mins).
Tip: Cool wraps on the paper after baking for perfect flexibility.

Storage:
Store the dry mix in a cool, dry place. Cooked wraps can be frozen (separate with parchment) or kept in the fridge for up to 4 days.

My order arrived really quickly and although I've used the flour so far to make some bread rolls, really happy with how they turned out and have eaten them already!
I love this! I have to admit I was skeptical but this stuff is amazing! So easy to work with and the wraps are very easy to cook once rolled out etc. Taste lovely. I have made them 3 or 4 times already. Also used them to make enchiladas which turned out perfectly.
Really pleased with the results, finally after 8 months of no bread like products these were lovely, even the hubby approved.
The suggested water volume was far to much, so I had to add additional mix to get the consistency correct. I will order more though, but will just be careful with the water, and add less, let rest, check, and then add more if required.
Overall would recommend, although I've only used mine in a lasagne, but will be trying them solo soon
