Real Low-Carb Bread, Made Simple.
Choose your perfect Panda Bread Flour — now available in three options to suit every baker.
Our bread flours make it effortless to create soft, gluten-free loaves, rolls, pittas, flatbreads, pizza bases and more — all with real bread texture and zero compromise.
🥖 Choose Your Flour:
1️⃣ Original Panda Bread Flour
The flour that started it all — a perfectly balanced blend of Bamboo Fibre, Coconut Flour, and Psyllium Husk, pre-mixed with yeast, bicarbonate of soda, salt, and inulin for consistent, reliable rise.
Creates soft, wholesome bread that works across all Panda recipes.
-
2️⃣ Golden Panda Bread Flour
A lighter, fluffier twist on the original, made without coconut flour.
This version swaps in Golden Linseed, giving a delicate golden crumb, softer texture, and even lower carb content — ideal for clean keto and gluten-free baking.
3️⃣ 50/50 Split
Can’t decide? Enjoy the best of both worlds.
The 50/50 option gives you a perfect split between the two flours:
- 600g option = 300g Original + 300g Golden
- 1200g option = 600g Original + 600g Golden
- 1800g option = 900g Original + 900g Golden
💡 Works with Every Panda Bread Recipe
All recipes developed for the Original Bread Flour also work perfectly with the Golden version — no adjustments needed.

First try at making panda bread and it was so easy. I have been looking to buy low carb bread but making my own is so much better and tastier. I’ve made the protein bread with it and I find it lovely and very filling.
I would like to say how wonderful Panda flour is and it has meant that we (both diabetics) could eat Christmas cake and Christmas pud without putting up our blood sugar. That can't be bad. I've since ordered the 50/50 flour and am looking forward to baking more delicious recipes. Perhaps I'll try Panda Bagels this time.
