Storage

We use minimal preservatives, so most products have a shelf-life of 5 days. We recommend freezing the items on receipt, unless they'll be used within a couple of days of delivery. All products have Best Before dates & storage instructions on the labels.

Great flour for cakes

I have used thus mainly in making cakes and find it a good alternative to ground almonds.

This is a very useful item for when Almond flour is a little heavy, this may well be replaced by Panda flour in the fullness of time but I think it will always have it's place.
