We use minimal preservatives, so most products have a shelf-life of 5 days. We recommend freezing the items on receipt, unless they'll be used within a couple of days of delivery. All products have Best Before dates & storage instructions on the labels.

This brand-new mix was created for those seeking an ultra-low-carb loaf that still delivers on rise, texture, and flavour. Using golden linseed as the base, the Golden Panda Bread Mix gives you a beautifully soft loaf with a golden crust—perfect for slicing and toasting.

🥖 Simple Method – Makes 1 Loaf
- Mix 220g Warm Water (40 - 50c) with 30g Olive Oil.
- Add 200g Egg Whites.
- Add 200g Golden Panda Bread Mix and bring together to form a soft sticky dough
- Allow the dough to rest for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Shape and place in a lined 2lb loaf tin.
- Bake at 180°C (fan) for 45 minutes, then remove from the tin and lining paper
- Return to the oven for a further 30 minutes.
- Cool completely (at least several hours) before slicing.

Store baked loaves in the fridge or freeze for convenience.

The best loaf love it so easy to make delicious tasting
Really easy to make one loaf and it takes like real bread. The nice thing I don't have that coconut flavour that you get with the normal Panda, equally nice, but needs savoury flavours to disguise it. Definitely will be ordering more and playing around with the original recipes to see how they would work.
Second attempt wow amazing I’m hooked had it toasted with lemon curd thank you pandapantry

This mix is easy to use and foolproof. I have baked a well risen, tasty loaf. It's great sliced for sandwiches, just need to try and not eat it all before trying toast!
