Panda Flour® — The Ultimate Gluten-Free & Low-Carb Baking Flour
Real bread. Real baking. Reinvented.
Panda Flour® is a completely different kind of gluten-free flour — made from bamboo fibre, coconut flour and psyllium husk.
Unlike typical gluten-free flours packed with starches, Panda Flour is a high-fibre, low-carb blend that lets you bake real bread, soft cakes, flexible wraps, crisp pastry and even fresh pasta — all without gluten, gums or fillers.
Whether you’re gluten-free, low-carb, keto, diabetic, or just want better bakes — Panda Flour makes it simple.
✅ Just 9g carbs per 100g
✅ 75% fibre — gut-friendly & naturally high in insoluble fibre
✅ No starches, gums, rice, potato or tapioca
✅ Gluten-free, keto & coeliac-friendly
✅ Works for vegan & dairy-free recipes too
How to use:
Panda Flour is highly absorbent — use 30g for every 100g of standard flour. Browse our full recipe library for bread, cakes, wraps, pizza, pasta and more.
It’s not an alternative. It’s just real baking — made possible again.

Our son is on a strict keto diet and didn't enjoy any breads but this has changed since using Panda flour. It has opened up a huge range of recipes to his diet, wraps, bread rolls, cakes, pastries...
my first time using panda flour making a recipe from scratch for soda bread. I followed the recipe to a 'T' . but the bread turned out heavy and unrisen. Is it supposed to rise. The image of the finished bread looked so delicious but mine was a complete failure. :-( I ish mark still sold his delicious baquettes. They were delicious low cab treat, especially or a picnic o0n family days out
Little nervous using something so different but the flour behaved well and the cakes are fabulous- thank you Panda crew
Since discovering this flour it's a complete game changer for my baking, especially thr wraps recipe and also the buttery rolls (modified well with vegan butter) every order is a joy to use
