Since discovering this flour it's a complete game changer for my baking, especially thr wraps recipe and also the buttery rolls (modified well with vegan butter) every order is a joy to use
Having changed your keto way of eating I thought my days of pastry were over. 1st attempt was sausage rolls and they were delicious. I’m looking forward to trying some of the other recipes.
The pander flour is so versatile and easy to use when following the recipes. The protein wraps are quick to make and a game changer for lunches. The shortcrust pastry is great for sausage rolls and cheese and onion tarts.
I’ve just ordered a larger bag of flour so I can experiment further!

I have been buying the Panda cake mixes for some while and they work perfectly, even for a total none baker like myself. As a diabetic this is the best way for me to survive in the real world with having sweet treats ! I love them. I recently bought the pure Panda Flour to try and bake something from scratch and today I make an apple pie and a cheese and asparagus quiche. They tasted fine, and I think I did it correctly ! I am going to an October workshop so I am hoping that I will learn even more and be able to make the best low carb diabetes friendly food ! I would thoroughly recommend Panda goods, it is a life changer if you can’t take grains or carbohydrates, and I am so looking forward to the workshop to try and up my game to a moderately confident baker !!
