I've been using Panda flour for quite a while now, and I always come back to it when my food intolerances get the better of me. At the moment I need to be grain-free, and I should probably always eat this way too. The problem I find with eating all the almond/flaxseed flours is that they are very fatty and high calorie, and I really need to lose weight. I'm not doing a full keto diet (although it's helped in the past). Anyway, Panda is invaluable because it's low calorie, high fibre and very easy to work with. Recently I substituted it for normal wheat flour in a recipe and was even pleased with the result of that. What a discovery! Thank you, Panda people!
This is such a versatile flour, I use it weekly now and have made bread, rolls, wraps, cakes, truffles, pasta, the list goes on. Always delivered quickly and packaged in eco friendly packaging so win win all round!
