We use minimal preservatives, so most products have a shelf-life of 5 days. We recommend freezing the items on receipt, unless they'll be used within a couple of days of delivery. All products have Best Before dates & storage instructions on the labels.

We use fresh beef suet from Old Hall Farm (Norwich) — a trusted source of pasture-fed meat and raw milk.

❗ Supermarket suets (often blended with gluten/starch) are not tested — substitutions may require adjustments.

Storage: Keep sealed in the freezer. You can bake with it straight from frozen (just 1–2 mins to soften if needed).
Always reseal carefully before returning to the freezer to avoid moisture.
