🎅 Panda Christmas Cake Mix – Rich, Moist & Wonderfully Festive🎄

Bring the warmth of Christmas into your kitchen with our beautifully spiced Panda Christmas Cake Mix.

Rich, fruity, and full of festive flavour, this classic bake has been reimagined with Panda Flour® to stay gluten-free, low-carb, and perfectly soft.

Every pack is pre-flavoured with vanilla, almond, and fig extracts for that deep, nostalgic aroma — all you need to do is add a few fresh ingredients and bake.

Just add:

• 250g Eggs
• 125g Unsalted Butter (melted)
• 25g Light Olive Oil
• 70g Double Cream
• Juice of 1 medium orange (about 20g)

Makes: 1 x 7 - 8 inch cake (10–12 portions)

Baking Instructions:

• Preheat the oven to 155°C fan (165°C conventional).
• Line a 7–8 inch round cake tin.
• Combine the wet ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
• Add the full pack of Panda Flour Christmas Cake Mix and combine with a spatula.
• Spoon into the tin and level the top.
• Bake for 65–70 minutes, checking from 60 minutes.
• Cool completely before slicing or glazing.

Optional: Brush with a little inulin syrup for a festive sheen.
