What a great option, to be able to choose 2 small baking mixes and a sample bag of panda flour. Perfect for giving the products a try before you commit to a purchase of full size products.
First of all fantastic service. Easy ordering, payment, quick dispatch and up to date delivery info throughout.
I tried out the chocolate cake mix and just using half in the packet supplied I was able to make two pretty large sized muffin cakes.
The first bake was not bad at all, I was really surprised by the texture. I did find the taste took a little getting used to but that it only because my brain is programmed to think if chocolate cakes with sugar rather than a healthier version as in in the mix.
The flour of course is there as a solid base for you to add your own adaptions so I will definitely be trying different options for adding the sweetness and see what works for me in each recipe.
I'm still playing around with the flour in recipes I already use as also will be trying some of panda flour recipes too.
Being fully gluten free is what first drew me but also the blend and quality of the product itself. There are many foods I've missed for many many years so I'm super happy that so much work has been put into creating amazing tasty comfort bakes by the team. Being low carb will certainly benefit me too.
I'm so impressed by everything I have been seeing, reading in your baking group I went ahead and ordered another baking mix and bag if flour as I'm super excited to try out more bakes.
I'm sure I'll be buying regularly. I would say to anyone who had come across this product for whatever reason, give it a try! Definitely make the most of all the support/advice in the baking group too and enjoy the process of learning new recipes and enjoying food you love again.
Delicious, easy to make, bake, love fragrant lemon cakes, made 8 small cupcakes, the Grandkids left me 2 😆 Cooked in my smart oven, they were eaten swiftly without any cream cheese frosting, a winner all round, looking forward to making the coffee & walnut muffins next. Yum!
