Instructions

Per 1 roti:

• Mix 15g Panda Flour® Turmeric & Garlic Roti Mix with 20g yogurt / coconut milk and 25g (25ml) cold water.
• Allow the dough to rest for 5 minutes.
• Using a tortilla press or rolling pin, press / roll the dough between 2 sheets of parchment paper to around a 4" diameter.
• Pan fry in a dry pan over a medium heat for 1 - 2 minutes per side.

These roti can be oven baked:

• Preheat the oven to 190°C.
• Place the roti on an oven tray, still on the second sheet of greaseproof paper.
• Bake for 6-8 minutes. Allow the roti to cool before removing them from the paper.

Ingredients

Panda Flour® (Bamboo Fibre Coconut Flour, Psyllium Husks), Salt, Baking Powder (sodium dihydrogen diphosphate, sodium biocarbonate, calcium sulphate), Turmeric, Garlic Powder (sulphites), Cumin Seeds.

Store the dry mix in a cool, dry place. Once cooked, the wraps can be frozen - we recommend freezing them between sheets of greaseproof paper to easily remove one at a time. Otherwise, store the wraps in the fridge and use within 4 days.
