Storage
We use minimal preservatives, so most products have a shelf-life of 5 days. We recommend freezing the items on receipt, unless they'll be used within a couple of days of delivery. All products have Best Before dates & storage instructions on the labels.

Instructions
Per 1 wrap:
- Mix 20g Panda Flour® Beetroot Wrap Mix with 70g (70ml) cold water to create a soft dough.
- Allow the dough to rest for 5 minutes.
- Using a tortilla press or rolling pin, press / roll the dough between 2 sheets of parchment paper.
- Pan fry in a dry pan over a medium heat for 1 - 2 minutes per side.
These wraps can be oven baked:
- Preheat the oven to 190°C.
- Place the wraps on an oven tray, still on the second sheet of greaseproof paper.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes. Allow the wraps to cool before removing them from the paper.

Nutritional Information per wrap, prepared as per instructions:
48 kCal / 0.7g Fat (of which saturates: 0.6g) / 3.1g Carbohydrates (of which sugars: 2.2g) / 1.5g Protein / 12.7g Fibre / 0.78g Salt (sodium: 308.3mg)
Store the dry mix in a cool, dry place. Once cooked, the wraps can be frozen - we recommend freezing them between sheets of greaseproof paper to easily remove one at a time. Otherwise, store the wraps in the fridge and use within 4 days.
