Golden Panda Flour is a rebalanced version of the Original blend, where part of the coconut flour is replaced with golden linseed. This creates a dough with more structure, improved handling, and a naturally richer flavour.

Golden Panda is particularly popular for loaves, rolls and enriched doughs.
What are the ingredients and nutrition for Golden Panda Flour?
Golden Panda Flour is made up of 3 ingredients : Bamboo Fibre, Golden Linseed and Psyllium Husk Powder.
Typical Nutritional Values Per 100g : 857 kJ / 205 kCal / 13.1g Fat (of which saturates: 1.5g) / 2.6g Carbohydrates (of which sugars: 0.7g) / 7.4g Protein / 73.4g Fibre / 0.1g Salt (Sodium: 40mg)
Storage:
Store the dry mix in a cool, dry place.
Baked bread can be frozen (slice and separate with greaseproof paper), or stored in the fridge and used within 4 days.

Usually make wraps with Greek yoghurt and original panda flour.
Watched Marks video just using Golden panda flour and water, and salt.
So decided to follow that one, obviously more economical, and quicker. I added fresh parsley,garlic granules, s & p. I actually made 8 good size and thin. Absolutely excellent! Definitely recommend this recipe and product.
