How to Make 1 Focaccia
Ingredients Required
- 107g Garlic & Herb Golden Panda Focaccia Mix
- 80g Warm Water (approximately 50°C)
- 75g Natural Yogurt
- 5g Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Medium Eggs

30g Olive Oil
Method
- Add the Garlic & Herb Golden Panda Focaccia Mix to a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the warm water, yogurt, apple cider vinegar, eggs, and olive oil.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly to form a soft, sticky dough.
- Transfer the dough to a lined 7–8 inch round cake tin or baking tray.
- Level the surface lightly with a spatula.
- Cover and place somewhere warm for approximately 1 hour until the dough has visibly expanded.
- Drizzle the additional olive oil over the surface of the proved dough.
- Sprinkle with extra rosemary or herbs.
- Using your fingertips, gently press into the dough to create the traditional focaccia dimples.
- Bake at 180°C fan for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and fully baked.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
- The dough should be much wetter than a typical Panda bread dough.
- The proving stage is essential for achieving the lighter focaccia texture.
- Best served slightly warm.
- Excellent alongside soups, salads, antipasti, or simply dipped in olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
