Storage
We use minimal preservatives, so most products have a shelf-life of 5 days. We recommend freezing the items on receipt, unless they'll be used within a couple of days of delivery. All products have Best Before dates & storage instructions on the labels.

Instructions
- Combine 1 medium egg (approx. 50g), 70g cold water and 25g olive oil

Add 60g Panda Flour® Bagel mix and combine well until a dough is formed.

Divide the dough into 2 equal portions (around 90g each)

Form a ball and push a hole through the middle with a thumb and shape the bagel by rotation the dough around the thumb

Either steam the bagel for 5 minutes or dip in boiled water for 20 - 30 seconds.

During this process the bagel will generally increase in size by 20-30%

Bake for 15 minutes at 190°C or until golden brown.

Panda Flour® (Bamboo Fibre Coconut Flour, Psyllium Husks), Yeast, Salt, Baking Powder (sodium dihydrogen diphosphate, sodium biocarbonate, calcium sulphate), Garlic Powder, Sesame Seeds, Onion Powder, Poppy Seed.
