Totally delicious and surprisingly easy

I went for day one on Sunday, and in six hours we had cooked nine different delicious things. Enough of each to take home to family and friends and put in the freezer. I'm finding it hard to decide what I like best but I have to say the rolls are delicious the Bakewell tart is worthy of a Bakewell cook, sausage rolls were delicious, lemon sponge light as a feather. I will never buy wraps again. I think I can make lots of other foods with the knowledge that I have acquired on this one day. It went so fast and by the end I was exhausted but so satisfied. I took lots and lots home with me. An awesome day. Mark is a great teacher.

Amazing !

As a total non-baker, my grandkids can testify…..my friend and I had a wonderful experience and I came home laden with goodies which I made myself. Mark is a great master classer, and as one myself, I recognise the total expertise and the ability to inspire which he radiates. Many thanks Mark it was a joy of a day ! Ann L

Panda workshop day 1

Recently I attended the day one workshop.
From the first minute I was warmly welcomed, helped & encouraged, as was everyone else.
The whole day was excellent, lots of baking fun & laughs had by all.
Mark is always willing to answer questions & queries, with a smile.
Could not of had a better group, such a hoot..
If you are only thinking of going book both NOW, if day 2 is anything like day 1 , it will be time well spent.
Day one confirmed what I was getting wrong, what needed tweaking, as well as learning lots of new things as well
Thanks again Mark, had a fab day, really looking to day 2 & gala pie.

A brilliant day!

I recently did the Day One Workshop and cannot believe how much I learnt. I am definitely not the world’s best baker but Mark made the day a lot of fun and the 6 of us on the course all went away with a lot of goodies which we’d prepared over the course of the workshop.
If Mark had told me before I arrived that I’d make bread rolls, flat bread, sausage rolls, pizza bases, fresh pasta and…..a chocolate brownie I wouldn’t have believed him!
If you want to learn more about using panda flour and low-carb baking this is the way to do it.
I’m already checking my diary for when I can do Day 2!

Absolutely a game changer

I have been keto for 10 years and heard about Panda about 3 years ago. I purchased some panda flour but not really gotten into it until now. It is absolutely a game changer for me. There are many low carb breads around and also using ground almonds but I wanted to get away from too much nutty things and no gluten. Panda flour provides all of that and more. It's versatile, you can easily create and convert 'old' recipes using panda flour. The best part is doing a workshop, it's fun, you learn, meet like minded people and get the opportunity to exchange hints, tips and to learn from the expert himself. No looking back for me now
