Storage

We use minimal preservatives, so most products have a shelf-life of 5 days. We recommend freezing the items on receipt, unless they'll be used within a couple of days of delivery. All products have Best Before dates & storage instructions on the labels.

Discover the possibilities of Panda Flour® at our workshop. Learn to make delicious gluten-free and low carb recipes and take home everything you create. You'll be a panda pro in no time!

  • Space is limited to just 8 people.
  • Current dates available 20th October & 3rd November between 10am - 4pm
  • Christmas Special - 17th November 10am - 4pm
  • All ingredients & supplies are included in the ticket price - all you need to bring is yourself and proof of ticket purchase (confirmation emails sent after purchase)!
  • Take home everything you create on the day - everything you make will be able to be frozen.

Our very own Panda bakery - where we've made all of our gluten free products over the past 2 years! Address: Units 7 & 11, 57 High Street, Wollaston, Wellingborough, NN29 7QE

Accessibility:

There are no steps to enter the bakery, but please note this is a standing event.

Once payment has been completed, you will be able to download information regarding parking, allergies, and other info. Please email us with any information regarding allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements prior to the event.

Not a workshop, but a true Masterclass.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I wasn't sure what to expect, it exceeded all my expectations. I truly learnt so much, big things and little things, that bamboo steamer is not going to the charity shop now. My pork with cranberries pie was amazing and is on my Christmas Day menu. I will be back for the follow up event.

I'm so glad I came to the day. I'd had inconsistent results, and now I understand why. You've given me the confidence to bake more of my own bread already and make wraps and pork pies, sausage rolls and more, and get a consistent result. THANK YOU. Panda flour basics

After watching a few weeks of Mark's live videos using panda flour on YouTube, I jumped at the chance to join a live workshop session and getting one to one tuition. The setting, agenda, and the company was great and conducive to learning. We made and baked a variety of products from flatbreads, cakes and pastry. (se my sun dried tomato loaf below). One area I know that I gained a huge amount of confidence in, was the rolling out of the flour, which is at the heart of nearly every item we cooked. Now that I have got the basics under my belt I am looking forward to putting this knowledge into the creation of complete meals. I would heartily recommend these workshop sessions to anyone who wants to extend their knowledge of using Panda flour.

What a wonderful day and way to learn about Panda Flour. Mark and his team prepared everything very well. The stuff we made was brilliant. The people I met were lovely. The whole day was filled with fun, food and facts. We even got Panda Aprons! I would highly recommend this workshop. Eagerly waiting for Day 2 :)
