Shipping policy

Ensuring a safe place for delivery:

  • Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent with your tracking number. Please use the tracking link to update your safe place even if you think you are going to be home.
  • We are not liable for orders arriving late due to no one being available or no safe place designated.
  • Once your parcel has been dispatched we are unable to update or change any of the delivery details. 
  • For all delivery updates add your mobile number in your contact details and Royal Mail will send updated tracking information on the day of delivery.

Standard dispatch schedule & couriers:

  • We currently use Royal Mail / Courier Tracked 48hr.
  • Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days, not including the day of placing the order.
  • You will receive an email from us (hello@pandapantry.co.uk) with a tracking number & link on the day your parcel is dispatched.

    Shipping Prices

    • Shipping is now free on all UK orders.

    International Deliveries

    • Please contact us at hello@pandapantry.co.uk for international quotes.
    • Customs and local taxes may still apply to your order

    How can I get tracking updates & leave delivery instructions?

    Every order is tracked and you will receive an email notification regarding delivery once your order has been dispatched. Please use the tracking info provided to update any delivery instructions.
