Fantastic product for healthy bakes

I'm loving baking with the panda flour. It's so versatile and being gluten free and low carb it's ideal for my lifestyle.
The fact that only 30g panda flour is required compared to every 100g normal flour makes it fabulous.
The recipes that come with the orders are delicious and easy to follow with minimal ingredients required for most products. The subscription works out great value.

Put the fun back into baking!

I started using this flour and the baking mixes about 6 months ago and it has really helped to reignite the baking bug. I am now batch cooking rolls and wraps and cakes on a weekly basis. Soo much better than using ground almonds recipes which always had a weird texture. The bread rolls are honestly just as good as 'real bread' with only a fraction of the carbs. I was getting through so much of the flour that the subscription was an obvious choice especially as it comes with the addition of freebie mixes to try and access to the weekly cooking demo videos. Mark is constantly bringing us new recipes to try, give the flour a go if you are low carb/gluten free, you really won't be disappointed!

I upgraded.. Panda subscription

I very soon realised that I needed more of the Panda since the upgrade which has improved the outcome of everything I make, it's enjoyable to eat, easy to bake with & exactly the same low carb content. I'm loving it.. An absolute evolution to low carbing.
