I have been using panda flour for several months now. Having been gluten free for 15 years i had seen products improve. However they are full of sugar!!. Then last year I tipped into being type 2 diabetic which as its on both sides now family was only a matter of time. To get my diabetes under control I decided to act on my carb intake. So pretty much all the gluten free breads were oytbof the question. No cakes treats or bread. Then I discovered panda flour.
This was life changing for me.
Started with trial packs and now have monthly subscription. Its been a journey learning how tk bake with panda products. But now I have bread and rolls all the time. The cakes I get in the subscription are fantastic as well. Still have so many recipes to try. The website with all the recipes is fantastic and when you have questions Mark always gives advice and the Facebook group helps so much.
But at the end of the day has it made a difference?.
The simple answer is yes, I have got my hb1ac down to pre diabetic levels and nearly non diabetic. Panda flour has been a bug help In getting me there. And the new golden flour is e en better. Thank you Mark and team keep producing all those new recipes.
New to low carb baking, and so far the Panda flour has made the transition easy. Easy to follow recipes, good results, my husband couldn’t believe it was low carb!
This month I decided to try out the Golden Panda flour in my subscription.
Plucked up the courage to give the Cheesy protein rolls a try using the free sample pack included in this month's subscription.
Wasn't sure if they would turn out ok, as it was my first time making a bread recipe & trying powdered egg whites. But I must admit, they didnt disappoint & were in fact amazing. They were as soft as any shop bought roll, but tasted so much better & had a lovely rise during the baking process. Making them a suitable size roll.
Being diabetic I was beginning to miss out on a lot of food that I'd previously just taken for granted. Such as, cakes, bread, pastry & so much more.
Now, thanks to Mark, that food is slowly coming back into my life again.
As well as giving me back my new found love of baking again.

I was a little nervous to try this flour at first, but after buying once or twice I absolutely loved it. I haven't disliked anything yet and so far I've had nothing go wrong, which isn't like me when it comes to baking, it is honestly so easy to use.
I decided to subscribe 11 months ago and I still get excited every month when it gets delivered. I absolutely love the recipe cards too, they are a huge bonus. I make mainly bread & rolls. Panda is a game changer. The bread tastes amazing. Better than I remember regular bread tasting 😀 Now I’ve taken the subscription I intend try other recipes 👍
