This recipe makes 5 Panda Wraps. Each wrap contains:

Ingredients

100g Panda Flour®

400ml Water
-
3g Salt

Any seasoning to taste e.g. garlic powder, herbs
Directions
In a large bowl combine the Panda Flour® and salt - add any seasoning you wish at this point such as 1/2 tsp chilli flakes or mixed herbs for a flavoured wrap.
Add the water and mix well to form a dough.
Allow the dough to rest for 10-15 minutes before rolling out.
Divide the dough into 5 equal portions and press or roll out between 2 sheets of parchment paper.
Cooking options
To bake the wrap, remove the top layer of parchment paper and bake at 190°C for around 8 minutes.
For best results, fry in a good non-stick pan over a medium heat for around 2 minutes per side.
