Ingredients

75g Panda Flour®

10g Bicarbonate of Soda

1/2 tsp Salt

25g Unsalted Butter

50g Milled Golden Linseed

250g Yogurt (low fat is best)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Add the Panda Flour®, bicarbonate of soda and salt to a large mixing bowl.
Cube the butter and add to the flour. Rub the butter into the flour using fingertips to break down the butter. This process can also be done in a small food processor.
Add the milled linseed, yogurt, and any other additions. Mix well to form a dough.
Tip the dough onto a board dusted with Panda Flour®. Shape the dough into a loaf and deeply score a cross into the dough.
Place the dough into a 6” lined tin.
Bake for 45 minutes.
