Ingredients

225g Unsalted Butter

200g Sweetener (an Erythritol & Stevia or Erythritol & Monkfruit blend)

10ml vanilla extract

5g Salt
-
30g Panda Flour®
-
80g Cocoa Powder
-
100g Chocolate (90-100%)
-
3 medium eggs
Directions
Preheat the oven to 180°C
In a large mixing bowl, melt the butter.
Add the vanilla extract, sweetener & salt to the butter and mix.
Add the cocoa powder and Panda Flour® and mix again.
Crack the eggs into the mix and fold in.
Roughly chop the chocolate and add to the bowl. Give it a final mix.
Line a 7-8” square tin with greaseproof baking paper and spread the brownie batter evenly in the tray.
Bake for 30 minutes, or longer for a less gooey and firmer brownie.
