A 1 egg mix makes 2 bagels. Typical nutritional information per bagel (90g dough):

1 Medium Egg

45g Panda Flour®
-
45g (45ml) Water

30g Olive Oil

5g Parmesan Cheese

3g Fast Acting Dried Yeast

½ tsp Baking Powder
-
½ tsp Salt
-
½ tsp Garlic Powder
-
½ tsp Onion Powder
-
½ tsp Poppy Seeds
-
½ tsp Sesame Seeds
Ingredients for a 1 egg mix, which will make 2 bagels:
Directions
Weigh and combine all of the dry ingredients.
In a large mixing bowl weigh and combine all of the wet ingredients.
Combine the dry to wet using either a stand mixer for a full bag mix or in a bowl for smaller amounts.
To Shape the bagel divide the dough into 2 equal portions per egg used (around 90g each)
Form a ball and push a hole through the middle with a thumb and shape the bagel by rotation the dough around the thumb
Either steam the bagel for 5 minutes or dip in boiled water for 20 - 30 seconds.
During this process the bagel will generally increase in size by 20/30%
Bake for 15 minutes at 190 or until golden brown.
