150g Sweetener Blend

100g Water

1/2 tsp Xantham Gum

85g Butter

65g Panda Flour

5g Baking Powder

3g Bicarbonate of Soda

5g Cocoa Powder

1g Salt

15g Mixed Spice

5g Ground Ginger

Zest and Juice of 1 Medium Orange

Directions
Make the syrup first by dissolving the sweetener in the water over a medium / high heat.
Once dissolved and at a gentle boil, add the xanthan gum. Whisk to combine and allow to cook for around 30 seconds whisking all the time.
As the liquid turns to a syrup remove from the heat and add the butter. Allow the butter to melt.
In a mixing bowl combine all of the dry ingredients along with the orange juice & zest
Add the butter syrup and mix well.
Allow to rest for a few minutes and then divide into 20 - 24 individual bites.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180c
Allow to fully cool and drizzle or dip in melted chocolate
