The subscription has been a great way for me to continue on my journey and experiment with all the goodies available.
The cards are proving to be a great insight. Great value for money and always help from the community of pioneers when looking for something new.
I've been subscribing to Panda flour since September and I love it! I try to keep to a low carb diet where possible so this has opened up a while new world of bread! I think I've just about mastered the rolls now and I love the quick wraps. The sweet things that I've tried (the scones, chocolate muffins, parkin, applejacks and flapjacks) have all worked well and I have to stop myself from eating more! This week, I've tried the golden shortcrust pastry for some cheese and onion tarts and it was really simple - and delicous. I'd highly recommend this for anyone trying to reduce their carb intake for whatever reason. I've also given a bag of the original flour to a friend who is celiac so hopefully she'll be converted too!
Every time there is a new panda mix, I rush to order it - these are tried and tested mixes and never let you down. The latest is a fruit scone mix with dehydrated blueberries and they work out very low carb.
They taste delicious and are a great excuse to make some low sugar berry jam & get the clotted cream in! I’ll definitely be eating these throughout the summer!
I’ve been a loyal user of Panda Flour since the beginning, and at 70 now and as a reversed T2 diabetic, I’ve finally found a way to enjoy my favourite foods like pasta and bread without the health risks. Huge thanks to Mark, too—his demonstrations have made me a much better cook!
