Packed with festive spice, cranberries and walnuts, this beautifully balanced pudding steams into a soft, moist centre with a rich, traditional flavour.
Made the Panda way, it’s gluten-free, low-carb, and easy to prepare — simply add a few fresh ingredients and steam for a classic Christmas dessert without the sugar or heaviness of a traditional pudding.
Perfect served warm with custard, brandy cream, or a scoop of dairy-free ice cream.
Mix Ingredients : Erythritol, Walnuts (Walnut), Panda Flour® (Bamboo Fibre, Coconut Flour, Psyllium Husks), Beef Suet, Mixed Spice (Cinnamon, Ground Coriander, Allspice, Clove, Ginger, Nutmeg), Dehydrated Cranberries, Baking Powder, Inulin, Stevia Extract.

100g Orange Juice
100g Grated Bramley Apple
50g Egg (1 medium)
15g Butter or Light Olive Oil
Makes:
1 large Christmas pudding
How to Make Your Christmas Pudding :
- Grate the Bramley apple and combine with the orange juice.
- Add the Christmas Pudding Mix to a large bowl and stir well.
- Add the egg, grated apple mixture, and butter or olive oil.
- Mix thoroughly to form a dense, sticky pudding mixture.
- Grease a large pudding bowl with butter or oil and press the mixture firmly into the bowl.
- Cover the top with parchment and then foil.
- Steam for 3 hours over medium heat.
- Allow to cool slightly before turning out and serving.
Option to include a 2lb foil to steam your Christmas Pudding.
