Ingredients

130g Panda Flour®

60g MIlled Golden Linseed

10g Chia Seeds

10g Bicarbonate of Soda

5g Fast Acting Dried Yeast

2g Salt

1 Egg

200g Natural Yogurt (lower fat is best for the rise)

240ml Water

5ml Apple Cider Vinegar
Directions
Preheat the oven to 170°C
For best results, use a stand mixer. Combine all the wet ingredients and in a separate bowl combine the dry ingredients.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix on a low / medium speed for 5 minutes. The dough will be firm and tacky.
Push the dough into an 8 x 3 inch lined loaf tin, cover with cling film and allow to prove for 90 minutes in a warm place. The loaf should increase in height to almost fill the tin during this time.
Remove the cling film, score the top of the loaf and bake for 70 minutes.
