📝 What You'll Need

For One Tray of 16 Pumpkin Spiced Blondies:

• 260g Panda Pumpkin Spiced Blondie Mix
• 225g Unsalted Butter
• 3 Medium Eggs
• 10g Vanilla Extract

You'll also need a lined 7–8 inch square baking tin.

👩🍳 How to Make Pumpkin Spiced Blondies

Preheat the oven to 160°C fan.

Gently melt the butter.

Add 260g Pumpkin Spiced Blondie Mix to a large mixing bowl.

Pour the melted butter into the dry ingredients and mix to create a thick, glossy batter.

Add the eggs and vanilla extract, folding gently into the mixture without whisking excess air into the batter.

Transfer the blondie batter to a lined 7–8 inch square tin and level the surface.

Bake for 12–15 minutes. The centre should still wobble slightly when removed from the oven.

Allow the blondies to cool fully before slicing.

For the best texture, chill for several hours or overnight before serving.

Cut into 16 portions and enjoy!
