This Seeded Golden Panda Bread Mix takes everything you love about our Golden Bread Flour and turns it up a notch.
Built on our Golden Panda base — made with bamboo fibre, golden linseed and psyllium husk — this seeded version is boosted with extra golden linseed, hemp hearts and pumpkin seeds to create a loaf that’s:
- beautifully soft and sliceable
- lightly nutty with real crunch
- naturally rich in Omega-3, 6 & 9
- and still incredibly low in carbs

Panda verdict 🐼
If Golden Panda is your everyday loaf, this is the upgraded version you didn’t know you needed.
Seeded, nourishing, deeply satisfying — and honestly… the best thing since sliced bread.
🍞 To Make 1 Loaf:
In a bowl, combine:
- 220g Warm Water (40 - 50c)
- 30g Olive Oil (or any melted fat)
- 200g Egg Whites (liquid)
- Add 255g of Seeded Golden Panda Bread Mix and bring together by hand. The mix will feel very soft and sticky to start with.
- Allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes. In this time the dough will firm up a little.
- For an authentic rustic loaf dust the dough in a little Panda flour and shape to fit either a lined 6 inch round tin or 2lb sandwich loaf tin.
- Lightly score the top of the loaf and bake in a pre heated oven at 180c for 45 minutes,
- Remove from the oven, lift out of the tin and any lining paper and return to the oven directly on the oven rack for 25 - 30 minutes at 180c
- Place the fully baked loaf on a cooling rack and allow to cool for around 2 - 3 hrs before slicing.
- Keep the loaf in a food bag in the fridge for up to 7 days.
🥯 To Make Rolls:
Once the dough is mixed, divide into 6 portions (between 115g each)
Squeeze each portion tightly, then gently flatten a little onto a lined baking tray.
Score a cross in each dough ball, this helps maintain shape while baking.
Bake at 180°C for 35 - 40 minutes until firm and golden.
Tap the base of the rolls to ensure they are fully baked. The roll should sound hallow.

Store the dry mix in a cool, dry place. Once cooked, the bread can be frozen - we recommend freezing slices between sheets of greaseproof paper to easily remove one at a time. Otherwise, store the bread in the fridge and use within 4 days.

Made a golden seeded loaf today -gorgeous and so easy! I made a second one as I knew it would be eaten pretty quickly in our household. Picture attached. Thank you , I have missed bread so much !
With support from panda pantry, I have been making lots of products with their panda flower, including bread rolls, pastry pasta, and amazing cakes. The product itself is so versatile and so low in carbohydrate. It's also gluten-free which doesn't matter to me but will to a lot of people. In addition the support I get from the Facebook page and the website is unequalled
Enjoyed the bread very filling
I didn’t think the previous seeded bread mix could be improved but I’m happy to report that I was wrong.
This new version is so quick and easy to make and tastes amazing. My new go to bread mix.
Think this will be a regular bake in my house from now on, really easy to make and the loaf is super tasty, I really missed a seeded bread so lovely to be able to enjoy it again. Give it a go, you will love it!
