Storage
We use minimal preservatives, so most products have a shelf-life of 5 days. We recommend freezing the items on receipt, unless they'll be used within a couple of days of delivery. All products have Best Before dates & storage instructions on the labels.

How to use (per wrap):
1️⃣ Mix 20g Chilli Wrap Mix with 70g cold water to form a soft dough.
2️⃣ Rest dough for 5 mins.
3️⃣ Roll or press between 2 sheets of parchment.
4️⃣ Pan fry (dry pan) for 1–2 mins per side — or oven bake (190°C, 6–8 mins).
Tip: Cool wraps on the paper after baking for perfect flexibility.

Storage:
Store the dry mix in a cool, dry place. Cooked wraps can be frozen (separate with parchment) or kept in the fridge for up to 4 days.
