Organic Coconut Flour (750g)

This is the lowest carb I have found at 16g/100gms. I will definitely buy more as needed. 👍🏻

I have used thus mainly in making cakes and find it a good alternative to ground almonds.

Best coconut flour i've used,good low carb content compared to some,and works well.

This is a very useful item for when Almond flour is a little heavy, this may well be replaced by Panda flour in the fullness of time but I think it will always have it's place.
