Panda Flour®
Original & Golden – choose one, or combine both
Panda Flour® is our versatile, ultra-high-fibre, low-carb baking flour designed to give you back control of your kitchen.
Instead of locking you into pre-mixes or complicated recipes, Panda Flour allows you to build exactly what you need — wraps, cakes, breads, pastry, pasta and more — using the same core flour.
To support different styles of baking, Panda Flour is available in two versions: Original and Golden.
You can choose a single flour, or select a 50/50 split to keep both in your cupboard.
Original Panda Flour®
Light, neutral & flexible
Original Panda Flour is the foundation of Panda baking.
It’s light in texture, neutral in flavour, and incredibly adaptable.
Best used for:
- Wraps & flatbreads
- Cakes & sweet bakes
- Pancakes & batters
- Making your own Original Bread Flour blend
If you’re new to Panda Flour, this is often the best place to start — and for many, it remains their everyday base flour.
Golden Panda Flour®
Richer, structured & naturally golden
Golden Panda Flour is a rebalanced version of the Original blend, where part of the coconut flour is replaced with golden linseed. This creates a dough with more structure, improved handling, and a naturally richer flavour.
Best used for:
- Pastry & savoury bakes
- Fresh egg pasta
- Dough-based recipes
- Making your own Golden Bread Flour blend
Golden Panda is particularly popular for loaves, rolls and enriched doughs.
Choose a 50/50 split (recommended)
For added flexibility, most sizes can be ordered as a 50/50 split between Original and Golden Panda Flour.
This allows you to:
- Match the flour to the recipe
- Try both blends side-by-side
- Recreate bread flour recipes using your base flour and raising agents
Many customers choose a split once they realise how easily recipes transfer between the two.

What’s the difference between Original and Golden Panda Flour?
Original Panda Flour is lighter and more neutral, making it ideal for wraps, cakes and everyday baking.
Golden Panda Flour is rebalanced with golden linseed replacing part of the coconut flour, giving more structure and a richer flavour — perfect for pastry, pasta and bread-style doughs.

No. Panda Flour is a base flour, not a pre-mix. This gives you flexibility — the same flour can be used for wraps one day and bread or pastry the next by adjusting the method and raising agents.
Is Panda Flour suitable for beginners?
Yes. While Panda Flour behaves differently to wheat flour, our recipes are written to guide you step by step. Most customers are surprised by how quickly they feel confident baking with it.

Bit hesitant at first, but it is absolutely delicious. I am certainly not missing mainstream bread, not bloated or feeling sluggish like bread was doing to me since using. I encorporate into my keto diet and still losing weight.
Definately recommend.
I have only just discovered panda Flour and after joining the Facebook group I cannot recommend this business more! It is clear that mark goes beyond the extra mile and the support available is incredible! - even down to the delivery note. Everything is just so thoughtful and I cannot wait to make all of the amazing recipes! I’m happy to be back on keto and still enjoy lovely foods!
I am so thankful for Panda flour having bought our first bag before Christmas. We made lebkuchen, panforte and mince pies. These were such a treat but fitted in with our low carb diets. Such a lovely feeling to be able to join in having sweet treats. Thank you to Mark for your hard work developing the mix! Brilliant. We'll be ordering more.
Before discovering Panda flour I had already been on a low carb paleo diet and gluten free for almost 10 years, and yes bread and the occasional cake was what I missed most all this time. I tried various recipes but they never tasted right and in the end I more or less gave up baking. Now, since discovering Panda, I am baking every week! I have bread, rolls, cakes, wraps, and made all the lovely Christmas bakes in December that I had missed for years, and everything is healthy, sugar free and high in fibre. This flour really is the holy grail for a low carb gluten free lifestyle and I can't recommend it enough!
