Panda Flour has become a staple ingredient in my kitchen. I use it daily as part of my diabetic diet, which has contributed to the control of my blood sugars. I use it to make a bread roll for my lunch most days. Making pasta is super easy. The cake mixes - particularly the pumpkin spice - was the talk of my resent dinner party. I wholeheartedly recommend Pumpkin Flour.
Such a versatile flour and love experimenting with ideas from the recipe book.
Without a doubt this was worth all the time & effort that Mark & his team put into both developing the flour formulation and then working out the many recipes that it can be used in. It's not a 1 to 1 replacement by volume with normal flour, you actually use far less so it's better value than it 1st appears.
I've lost track of how much of this flour I've used up to now & will be buying it many more times.
Over the years due to health reasons, I had lost my confidence in cooking. But have enjoyed making our own wraps and flat breads! So many recipes to choose from and so versatile. Can't wait to do some of the many other recipes! It may seem expensive initially, but when you get to use it and see how many different dishes you can make with it, it is value for money in the long run.
My husband and I discovered Panda Flour at a Keto food festival in Birmingham last weekend. We tried lots of different breads from a variety of venders and didn’t like any of them.
