Storage

We use minimal preservatives, so most products have a shelf-life of 5 days. We recommend freezing the items on receipt, unless they'll be used within a couple of days of delivery. All products have Best Before dates & storage instructions on the labels.

Our Panda Suet Flour is a unique combination of Panda Flour® and fresh beef suet — perfect for creating gluten-free, low-carb:

✔️ Suet pastry for puddings and pies
✔️ Steamed sponge puddings


Why this mix works:
All of our recipes are tested specifically with Panda Flour® + Fresh Suet for perfect results.
Supermarket suets (often blended with gluten/starch) are not tested — substitutions may require adjustments.

Want to mix your own at home? Use:
👉 100g fresh suet + 100g Panda Flour®
This ratio works across dumplings, pastry and puddings.


Product details:
Panda Suet Flour is made fresh to order — with no preservatives.
Storage: Keep sealed in the freezer. You can bake with it straight from frozen (just 1–2 mins to soften if needed).
Always reseal carefully before returning to the freezer to avoid moisture.
