We use minimal preservatives, so most products have a shelf-life of 5 days. We recommend freezing the items on receipt, unless they'll be used within a couple of days of delivery. All products have Best Before dates & storage instructions on the labels.

Each sample pack contains 120g of mix, enough to make 5 soft, flexible wraps, plus extra mix for rolling out.

How to use (per wrap):
1️⃣ Mix 20g Chilli Wrap Mix with 70g cold water to form a soft dough.
2️⃣ Rest dough for 5 minutes.
3️⃣ Roll or press between 2 sheets of parchment (use extra mix for dusting if needed).
4️⃣ Pan fry in a dry pan for 1–2 minutes per side, or oven bake at 190°C for 6–8 minutes.
Tip: Cool wraps on the parchment after baking for perfect flexibility.
Batch guide:
➡️ 1 wrap = 20g mix + 70g water
➡️ Full sample pack = 5 wraps
➡️ Wraps can be cooled, stacked with parchment and frozen

Piri-Piri (Paprika, Chilli Powder, Dried Onion, Ground Bay Leaf, Black Pepper, Dried Garlic, Citric Acid),

Storage:
Store the dry mix in a cool, dry place.
Cooked wraps can be frozen (separate with parchment) or kept in the fridge for up to 4 days.
